Job responsibilities:

1. According to the agent's instructions, follow up and complete the goods designated by the agent, coordinate and deal with the shipment problems, maintain communication with the agent, and ensure the smooth shipment;

2. Assist salesmen to provide overseas quotation;

3. Maintain good agency relationship and develop new agent appointed goods;

4. Assisted customer service colleagues to deal with abnormal problems related to overseas;

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, good command of English dictation, able to handle English email independently;

2. Good team spirit, able to work under pressure;

3, cheerful and sunny personality, like to communicate with people, work actively, honest, steadfast, optimistic and enterprising, with the spirit of service and commitment.
